What areas do we service?

We serve all of Middle Tennessee. For jobs over 50,000 square feet, we will travel anywhere in Tennessee.

What method of cleaning do you use?

We use hot water extraction from our Butler System truck-mounted machine whenever possible because it’s the deepest clean. However, we can perform any cleaning method necessary whether it be portable cleaning in high rises or very low moisture cleanings for buildings that cannot have wet floors.

How long will it take for my floors to dry?

In most cases it takes 6-8 hours to dry. We can add steps and equipment to drop this time to 2-4 hours if needed.

Can we trust you alone in our facility?

Absolutely. All of our employees are background checked, and we are licensed, insured, and bonded.

Do you work weekends?

Depending on how big the job is, we might add an additional fee for work that must be done Friday night or Saturday. Working on Sunday would not draw an extra charge since that is our “Monday”.

What is your minimum trip charge?

Our minimum trip charge is $150.
